Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming, safe, and supportive environment that promotes physical, mental, spiritual, emotional health, and well-being. We offer individual, family, and couples’ psychotherapy and psychiatric nursing services, in conjunction with holistic treatments, groups, and workshops.

Our Offerings

Psychiatric Nursing Services/Medication Management

Meet with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for a holistic and comprehensive evaluation and assessment to determine your medication, lifestyle, and health needs.

Auricular Acu-Detox - 5NP Acupuncture Protocol

An adjunct holistic intervention that stimulates 5 specific points in the outer ear. Treatment is used for regulating the sympathetic nervous system, alleviating symptoms of insomnia, pain, stress/tension, trauma responses, and the management of cravings/withdrawal symptoms associated with detoxing from substances/alcohol or smoking cessation.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision for pre-licensed LCSW. We offer 60 min individual/group supervision, LICSW exam prep, & sign-off on hours for RI & MA licensing.

Psychotherapy/Counseling

We offer individual, couple, and family sessions for both adults and youth in a warm, safe environment with specific treatment modalities & goals. We are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and offer out of network super billing/self-pay rates.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a type of therapy used to treat trauma, anxiety, and other mental health conditions by accessing and processing traumatic memories.

Reiki Healing

An integrative psychosomatic intervention that uses light touch to channel energy in the promotion of physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
